Our Client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally, scaling to 50 million users in just 2 years with a team of ~80 people. As the company prepares to grow beyond 100 employees, Talent Acquisition is entering a critical phase of expansion.
This is the second hire in the Talent Acquisition team, joining at a defining moment of growth. You will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top global talent, particularly in technical roles. Beyond hiring, you will play a key role in shaping the TA function, improving processes, and experimenting with modern sourcing strategies and AI-driven tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Talent Acquisition in a rapidly scaling AI company.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on tech roles
- Source and engage top global talent across Europe, USA, LATAM, and other key markets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative and non-traditional sourcing methods
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, including the CEO
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Contribute to TA strategy, tooling, and process improvements
- Support and develop employer branding initiatives
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- At least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Background in fast-growing startups or scale-ups (Series A–C)
- Proven experience hiring internationally across multiple regions
- Comfortable working in lean teams with full ownership
- Exposure to AI or technical hiring is a strong plus
- Fluent in English
- Full comfort working with NSFW products (critical)
- Demonstrated global sourcing experience
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments (agency-only backgrounds not suitable)
- Strong career progression with no unexplained short tenures
