Our clients are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency branch in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing senior negotiator, valuer, or existing assistant manager who is looking to step up into a strong, performance-driven branch environment with genuine earning potential.

You will play a key role in supporting branch performance, driving revenue growth, winning instructions, and leading by example within the team.

Key Responsibilities
