SDS London is a well-established Employee-Owned Architectural Ironmongery specialist with over 35 years of experience. We support trade and retail customers across the UK and Europe, helping to deliver high-profile construction projects.
We’re looking for a Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our friendly team who will work Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring they receive outstanding service. This is an inbound sales and customer service role – no cold calling required! If you’re a great communicator who enjoys working with customers, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Answering phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Processing customer orders and assisting with after-sales support.
- Advising customers on product solutions (with expert guidance available).
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
