Description: Looking for Care Workers/Personal Assistants for a 33‑year‑old, non‑verbal, mobile disabled woman with complex care needs who requires assistance with personal and social care. She enjoys cycling, multisport, horse riding, choir, and swimming and is looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to join her team.
Responsibilities:
- Full personal care, including:
- Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene (washing, toileting, brushing teeth, etc.)
- Eating/drinking – soy milk diet
- Dressing
- Assisting with medication (training to be provided)
- Accessing activities in the community.
- Helping the supported person manage her safety.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role of Care Worker / Personal Assistant.
Qualifications:
- Valid driving licence and own car to take the supported person out.
- Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, or willingness to join.
