Hours: 22 Hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Wednesday 10am-2.30pm, Thursday 10am-2.30/4pm, Every 2nd Sunday either 10am-2pm or 6pm-8pm. These hours are flexible and can be discussed further.

Description: Employer is looking for a warm, proactive and reliable person to fill the role of Personal Assistant to provide social and personal support for a young adult woman who is a wheelchair user to lead an active, engaged, meaningful and inclusive life within her local community.
Tasks will include:
- Supporting the individual to access community spaces and to attend activities in her community
- Support the individual with personal care during activities such as swimming
- Support the individual to attend Christian Church services and activities
- Provide practical support with her mobility
- Provide emotional and psychological support to keep her safe
- Any other duties commensurate with the role of Care Worker / Personal Assistant
Full Driving Licence is required. Applicants must have membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) or be willing to join this scheme.
