We’re looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to play a key role in delivering high‑quality building services design information as part of collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital professional who enjoys leading technical delivery, taking ownership of complex models, and supporting the development of others within a growing digital team. You’ll work on varied projects across the South West and beyond, contributing to technically robust, compliant, and well‑coordinated building services models and drawings from feasibility through to construction. Key Responsibilities
- Produce coordinated 3D models and associated 2D drawings using BIM‑enabled design tools.
- Deliver feasibility, design, and contract‑level building services drawings with minimal instruction.
- Identify design gaps and proactively liaise with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Undertake interdisciplinary model coordination between building services, structure, and architectural elements.
- Complete clash detection and elimination using appropriate coordination tools.
- Set up and manage complex Revit models, including projects integrating MagicCAD.
- Carry out basic calculations under the guidance of mechanical engineers where required.
- Produce RIBA4 iii and BWIC drawings to LOD 4.
- Create, manage, and export COBie data drops, including importing populated data.
- Develop and maintain families in accordance with BIM standards.
- Upload drawings and models to the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Maintain drawing registers in line with company drawing control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with BIM, engineering, and wider design teams to manage expectations and delivery.
- Provide buildability and firestopping feedback to engineers.
- Support, manage, and mentor developing Digital Engineers within the team.
- Good understanding of ISO 19650.
- Good understanding of BIM Execution Plans.

You are an experienced Digital Engineer with strong BIM expertise and a confident, proactive approach to technical delivery. You are comfortable working with limited instruction, resolving coordination challenges, and taking responsibility for the quality and completeness of digital outputs. You enjoy collaborating across disciplines, sharing knowledge, and helping to develop others. You combine strong technical capability with clear communication and a logical, organised approach to your work.

- Specialist‑level experience in Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360/Forma, and Revizto.
- Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary integration.
- A solid understanding of building services engineering, buildability, and firestopping requirements.
- Experience producing coordinated construction information, including BWIC and logistics drawings.
- Knowledge of COBie data, families, and BIM deliverable requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate leadership in digital engineering delivery.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and working towards professional registration.
