We are recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our specialist supported living services across Worthing and Lancing. These are highly rewarding roles where you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, helping to promote independence, emotional wellbeing, confidence, and positive daily experiences.   • Support Worker
    • £13.85 per hour
    • Day and night shifts available
    • Full-time and part-time hours available
    • Full UK driving licence required for day roles (held 1+ year, automatic accepted)
  • Senior Support Worker
    • £14.75 per hour
    • Full-time day shifts available
    • Full UK driving licence required (held 1+ year, automatic accepted)

Previous experience in a senior or leadership support role is preferred for Senior Support Worker positions.

About the Role:

As part of our support team, you will provide consistent, person-centred support tailored to individual needs while promoting dignity, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. No two days are the same, and you will play an important role in supporting daily routines, hobbies, life skills, and community access.

Support Worker Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred support
  • Support daily routines and activities
  • Promote independence and confidence building
  • Support emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes
  • Assist with community access and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and follow support plans
  • Work positively as part of a supportive team

Senior Support Worker Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support shifts

  • Work closely with management and the wider team
