Location: Worthing, West Sussex.
Salary: £12.25 per hour (annual review). Weekend Rate: £12.95 per hour.
Hours: 24 hours per week, fixed 2 week rolling shift pattern.

Responsibilities
- Support the wellbeing of residents and uphold the highest standards of care as a Night Care Assistant.
- Provide compassionate, individualised care tailored to residents’ needs and preferences.
- Assist with dementia care, support for complex physical conditions, palliative care and respite care as required.
