SDR is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our new specialist supported living service in Worthing. You will lead a small team, deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care, and support an individual with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and complex health needs.
You will work rotating early and late shifts, promote independence, maintain accurate records and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. A full UK driving licence is required and DBS checks will be completed.
