Join SDR Care as a Night Support Worker in our Bespoke Service! We are looking for a Night Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

About the Role:

As our Night Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. An average of 17.5 hours per week with a rotating schedule to maintain a stable sleep pattern allowing for better rest and personal time.
