Salary: Β£12.85 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: Β£13.35 per hour
Hours: 12-48 hours per week, flexible working pattern (Monday-Sunday)

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health Care Assistant at Patcham Nursing Home. While experience would be beneficial, what matters most is a genuine commitment to providing compassionate, individualised care, helping us tailor every aspect of life at Patcham to suit our residents. We understand that each resident has unique needs and preferences. Our dedicated team delivers high-quality residential and nursing care, including dementia care, support for complex physical conditions, palliative care and respite care. As a valued member of our team, you will play an important role in supporting the wellbeing of our residents and upholding the highest standards of care.

- Experienced Health Care Assistant β Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred

Working hours are part-time hours or full-time with set shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
