Brightwater is a residential service providing person centred care to adults with autism in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment. People we support are truly lovely individuals who thrive when supported with dignity, respect and encouragement tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £13.45 per hour (reviewed annually)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

- Provide consistent 1:1 person-centred support
- Support daily routines and promote independence
- Support safely to activities, appointments, and community outings
- Encourage positive engagement in hobbies and interests
- Support with personal care and structured routines where required
- Respond calmly to changes in presentation or behaviour
- Build a trusting, positive working relationship
