About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nursing Home Registered Manager to lead our well-established 30 bed Residential & Nursing home in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a service and make a real, visible impact from day one - leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for older adults. You will play a key role in shaping the culture of the home, driving standards, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC, Care Act 2014, MCA, and DoLS
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing
- Lead, develop, and inspire a skilled care team
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
- Ensure the home operates safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards
About You
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can balance operational excellence with high-quality care. You will have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of adult social care regulations and CQC standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve positive inspection outcomes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A values-driven, calm, and resilient approach to leadership

- £55,000 – £65,000 salary (DOE)
