Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, with additional hours as required to meet the needs of the role. This position is typically Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential, and some weekend working will be expected.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Regional Support Manager to join our operational leadership team. This is a senior, field-based role focused on supporting services across the organisation to maintain high standards of care, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and leadership stability. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting homes through periods of change, improvement, acquisition, and operational pressure, working closely with Home Managers and senior leaders to deliver positive outcomes for residents, teams, and the wider organisation.

Responsibilities- Provide operational leadership and support across multiple services
- Lead and oversee improvement and stabilisation plans
- Support Home Managers with compliance, staffing, culture, and performance
- Monitor service quality, audits, governance, and regulatory standards
- Support homes through inspections, action plans, and operational challenges
- Develop, mentor, and support leadership teams across the region
- Promote consistency, accountability, and high-quality resident care
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to support organisational growth and acquisitions
- Drive positive culture, occupancy, and team engagement across services
- Previous experience in a Regional, Peripatetic, or multi-site management role within elderly care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience improving or stabilising services
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to perform under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
