Are you a CEO, Product Manager, Designer, or No-Code builder who is tired of waiting for engineers to build your ideas? We are Smack Down Productions, a venture studio. We don't hire employees; we build Founders.
The Deal:
- We Pay You: GBP 4,000/mo to build 1 startup per month.
- We Teach You: You will undergo our "Vibe Coding Bootcamp." We will teach you how to use Cursor, Replit, and LLMs to ship full-stack SaaS apps in days, not months. You don't need to be a senior dev; you just need to understand logic and product.
The Upside: If a project hits metrics, you become the CEO with 10%–30% equity.
Who You Are:
- You understand Product and Users: You know that a pretty button doesn’t matter if nobody clicks it.
- You have Technical Sensitivity: You know what an API is. You’ve used Zapier, Airtable, or SQL. You aren’t afraid of error messages.
- Hungry: You want to own the business, not just work in it.
To Apply: Don’t send a resume. Send me a link to something you shipped (a side project, a Bubble app, a cursor/lovable released product) and tell me what you learned from the first 10 users.
