We are looking for 2-3 organised, detail-focused administrators to join our growing team. This is a varied role split roughly 75% operational admin and 25% accounts admin; ideal for someone who likes diversity in their day and doesn’t want to be stuck doing just one thing.
Responsibilities
- Operational (majority of your time):
- Managing digital paperwork - ensuring POD/POC documents are uploaded, filed, and accurate
- Handling vehicle damage claims from initial report through to resolution
- Being a key point of contact for clients on documentation and queries
- Shared inbox management - keeping on top of emails and ensuring nothing slips through
- General admin support across transport operations
- Processing customer invoices in Xero
- Managing accounts receivable and following up on payments
- Debt chasing and customer account management
- Supporting expense processing and cost recording
- Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
What you’ll be working with

- Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Some custom internal systems we’ve built
Essential
- Previous administration experience (transport, logistics, or finance background helpful but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication - you’ll be dealing with customers and the team daily
- Comfortable with IT and picking up new systems
- Proactive attitude and common-sense problem-solving
Useful but not essential
- Excel proficiency (helpful but we can work with you on this)
- Understanding of driving/vehicles/logistics
- Experience with invoicing or accounts admin
- Debt collection or credit control experience

We specialise in moving vehicles between dealerships, auctions, and fleet operators across the UK; it’s not haulage, our drivers collect and deliver vehicles on trade plates.
