Job Title: Residential Surveyor

Location: Northampton/Rugby (NN/CV)

Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Role Overview

Our dynamic team of detail-oriented and experienced RICS accredited Residential Surveyors are responsible for providing high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market-leading iPad technology. While always maintaining professionalism, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, ensuring that reports are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. You’ll also adapt to changing business needs, introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery. In this role, you’ll act as an ambassador when visiting properties, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
