Due to continued growth and increasing market share, SDL Surveying, the UK’s largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, is expanding its team of Residential Surveyors. Your life as a Regional Surveyor:
- You will lead and inspire your team of surveyors to achieve or exceed personal and regional targets around customer satisfaction and fees.
- You should have a passion for mentoring and developing your team members, particularly any less experienced Surveyors who you will support to achieve full Chartered status.
- With a remote workforce your biggest challenge will be maintaining regular contact; hosting online briefings, meeting face to face where possible to make sure they feel valued and part of the SDL family.
- You will act as an ambassador for the SDL brand and promote the services.
- You will work closely with the Operations and Audit teams to ensure the quality of service to our lenders is maintained at the highest standard.
- You will still have the opportunity to undertake some surveys and valuations to keep your surveying skills sharp and up to date!
