SDL Car Parts, a family‑run business in Ossett, is looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service from our branch counter and over the phone.
Salary: £28,571.40 – £32,000 per year
Hours: 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri) and alternate Saturdays
Location: Ossett
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve customers at the counter and over the phone, determining their needs and locating suitable parts.
- Work closely with the logistics team to keep orders moving and support branch operations.
- Maintain a positive, customer‑first attitude in a busy, focused team.
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly tone with customers.
- Quick learner, able to master new systems rapidly.
- Interest in cars, mechanics, or experience in sales or advisory roles.
- Calm under pressure and a dependable, team‑first mindset.
- Experience with MAM or similar software is a plus, but not required.
Training & progression:
- Start with the SDL Sales Academy, covering product, systems and branch operations.
