What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our branch. You’ll be managing a thriving team, offering a high level of customer service and ensuring that profit and growth of the branch is at the forefront of the business. If you enjoy all things operations, helping develop people, solving problems, and being part of a busy, focused team - you’ll feel right at home here.
Who we’re looking for
- You don’t need motor factor experience - we’ll train you.
- Has a high level of leadership qualities to manage the warehouse, drivers and logistics team.
- Can pick up systems quickly.
- Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work.
- Stays calm under pressure.
- Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude.
- Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.
Training & progression
We promote people based on attitude and performance, not how long they’ve been here. For example:
- Jordan joined with no experience and is now a Branch Supervisor.
- Hannah moved from retail and is now a Senior Sales Advisor.

Hours
