F&B Assistant

We\’re looking for new F&B Assistants to join our booming indoor Leisure Club Restaurant, a state of the art facility designed to provide a premier experience for our community. Featuring fitness studios, recreational areas, and a vibrant restaurant, we aim to create a welcoming space for all ages. To help us deliver exceptional service, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time at the club. You\’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and serving food prepared by our chefs. Its important for the candidate to have a focus on creating high-quality, barista-level coffee. Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including expertly crafted coffees.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
• Ensure that all food and drink offerings are of the highest quality.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock management.
• Support the overall operations of the club as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee making techniques.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a fast paced environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food hygiene certification is an advantage but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
