This strategic technical role bridges the gap between our sales team and our AI Experts (AI Architecture & Data Science teams). As an AI Pre-Sales Tech, you will combine deep technical expertise in AI with excellent client-facing skills. Your main focus will be on helping potential clients understand, envision, and adopt the right AI solutions to fit their unique business needs, acting as their trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish trust with clients, gaining their confidence in our solutions.
  • Commercial Proposal Creation: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and deliver compelling commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Solution Design: Contribute to solution design from both a technological perspective and an algorithmic/machine learning perspective, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
  • AI Value Proposition: Play a key role not only in communicating SDG’s AI value proposition but also in shaping and building it, influencing our go-to-market strategy.
  • Advise on AI Architectures: Guide clients on the most effective AI solutions tailored to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process, helping secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and emerging AI technologies to strategically position our offerings.
  • AI Roadmap & Partnerships: Design innovation strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging partnerships and advanced technologies for maximum impact.

What We Look For

  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to build relationships and architect AI solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Prior experience in pre-sales activities is essential.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present to a range of stakeholders, including executives and technical teams.
  • Education: Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or similar technical field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, Data, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies and cloud-based solutions.
  • Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, AWS SageMaker, and other leading platforms.
  • Data Science Expertise: Knowledge of data science fundamentals, solution lifecycles, and MLOps methodology.
  • Generative AI Knowledge: Experience with LLMs, neural networks, and recommendation systems.
  • Certifications: Cloud or AI architecture certifications are a plus.
