We are a well-established and respected Bedford based M&E contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical services across both commercial and domestic sectors. Working with schools, colleges, universities, academies, public-sector organisations, commercial clients, and domestic customers, we provide planned maintenance, reactive call-outs, installations, refurbishments, and plant upgrades.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth delivery of our service and maintenance operations.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day coordination of engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client communications across a variety of commercial and domestic service contracts. You will be responsible for scheduling works, responding to client enquiries, ensuring service visits are completed efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer service throughout. This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works for engineers and subcontractors.
  • Managing incoming service requests from commercial and domestic clients.
