This role is essential in coordinating comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills and will ensure that training initiatives align with company objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties
- Coordinate training schedules
- Organising training programmes
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training programs across departments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain and update training records
- Training compliance on site
- Support colleagues throughout their development
- Work closely with all teams to ensure training needs are identified and met
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Training Coordinator role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrate organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills

Hours
Monday to Friday either 7.00 am - 3.00 pm or 6.00 am - 2.00 pm
Salary depending on experience £30,000 - £32,000
