Location: Head Office Toomebridge Essential Criteria If you have 2 years working in a Payroll environment: Possess 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics.

Purchase Ledger Experience is Desirable but not applicable Exposure to SAGE As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of a number of different payrolls in compliance with internal policies, legislation, best practice and both National and Local Terms and Conditions of Employment.
ROI and NI payroll, both weekly and Monthly Check and input data to ensure payrolls are accurately paid Develop and maintain an up to date working knowledge of HMRC PAYE and Payroll Processes guidance and regulations.
Respond to email, telephone and face to face queries Provide senior management with pay data Ensure filing, retention and disposal of material is compliant Liaise with third parties including HMRC Purchase Ledger Input of New Starters Processing of Leavers Hours of work: Monday
– Thursday 8.30am
– 5pm & Friday 8.30am
