What You Will Do

  • Fabricate and weld trailer components to precise specifications
  • Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
  • Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Carry out quality checks to maintain our market-leading standards
  • Work closely with your team to meet production goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication (ideally heavy manufacturing)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferred but not essential)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 16:30pm - 40 hrs/week - enjoy your Fridays off (with overtime available if you want it).

Pay: We have three pay bands. Operators can progress by meeting set criteria. A monthly performance bonus is paid after a couple of weeks, based on efficiency.
