Pay: We have four pay bands. Operators can progress by meeting set criteria. A monthly performance bonus is paid after a couple of weeks, based on efficiency.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team, focusing on the installation of pipework and electrical wiring within our manufacturing line. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, quality workmanship, and safety are key.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carry out installation of pipework and wiring according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and your workspace in a safe, organised, and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
- Support your team with other duties as needed to keep production running smoothly.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar hands-on or technical role is essential.
- You take pride in your work and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
