This role of a General Operator is based in our factory in Antrim. We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Operatives to support our daily operations. The role involves splitting parts from lasers and guillotine operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Reporting any damage, defects, or safety concerns to management.
- Supporting general yard and workshop duties as required.
- General housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Quality and safety awareness.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Experience in working with metal parts and similar environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours of work
- Various shift patterns available.
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07.00am- 16.00pm, Friday 07.00am- 13.00pm.
- Night Shift: Monday to Wednesday 7pm-7am / Thursday 7pm to 12.30am.
- Continental Shift Patterns: Week one- 5 days, Week Two- 2 days.
- Paid an average of 40 hours per week.
- £13.35 per hour plus £1.50 shift allowance.
