Responsible for fitting floors & ensuring efficient production processes. Role will involve maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures & meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Fitting floors according to the specifications
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Inspect trailers for quality and safety compliance
- Perform drilling and screwing floors to trailers plus bolting and fitting tasks
- Report faults, defects to supervisors
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions
- Follow all safety instructions, training, and guidance provided by the organization
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment as required
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, and injuries promptly in accordance with company procedures
- Participate in health and safety training, briefings, and meetings as required
- Cooperate with management on all matters relating to health, safety, and welfare in the workplace
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure equipment, tools, and machinery are used safely and only for their intended purpose
- Immediately report any defects in equipment, machinery, or safety systems
- Follow emergency procedures, including fire safety and evacuation protocols
- Support a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement in workplace safety
