SDC Builders Ltd is seeking a highly organised BIM Coordinator to join our Bedford Head Office. You will manage, validate and author BIM models, ensuring information follows BEP and ISO 19650 standards, and support delivery teams to achieve digital goals.
You’ll work under the Digital Information Manager, coordinating Revit, AutoCAD and related Autodesk tools, while maintaining the CDE and producing clash reports and COBie data through RIBA stages 3–6.
