The successful applicant will:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Experience working with 3-year-olds, including behaviour management and inclusion
- Strong communication skills and a calm approach
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to train)
- Flexible, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
