About the role:
In this role, you will support global teams by ensuring change request pricing maximises profitability, while creating and managing requests from opportunities raised via MyServicePoint. You’ll closely monitor sales performance and pipeline impact across implementation, recurring, and service delivery teams, ensuring alignment with international strategies and budgets. Acting as a trusted partner to pre-sales, sales, and subject matter experts, you’ll provide guidance on challenges affecting business areas, champion efficiency improvements, and leverage AI to deliver real cost savings. Additionally, you’ll maintain rigorous controls on customer data for accurate reporting and clean account structures, enabling seamless operations across markets. Starting date is foreseen in March 2026.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Optimising the sales process by designing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales lifecycle.
- Owning CRM management, ensuring high levels of system administration, data integrity, and user adoption through ongoing optimisation.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance, delivering actionable analytics.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Leadership to deliver impactful sales enablement tools, training, and content that drive productivity and real business value.
- Supporting market territories through strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies and operational initiatives.
- Evaluating and implementing sales tools and technologies that improve team performance and support scalable growth.
- Driving operational efficiency by monitoring sales effectiveness from pre-sales through contract signature to recurring revenue billing.
- Ensuring pricing accuracy for all Change Requests (CRs) and Work Request Notes (WRNs), maintaining strong relationships with Pre-Sales, Bid Office, and Commercial Finance to ensure pricing consistency and alignment.
- Leading performance analysis and risk mitigation, identifying trends and opportunities to improve margin and drive strategic change initiatives under the direction of the Managing Director.
What do you have to offer?
- Proven experience in sales operations for at least 5 years, with thorough understanding of a typical sales cycle, ideally in the HR services industry.
- Heightened analytical skills with ability to plan and communicate effectively.
- Experience in presenting complex sales data whilst providing real meaningful insights.
- Experience in change management principles and business optimisation and transformation delivery.
- Confident in the delivery of formal monthly or quarterly reviews.
- Salesforce experience with understanding of pipe creation and maturity.
- Ability to support the Financial Operations Manager role.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
