About the role

At SD Worx, we help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. As part of our international growth journey, we are expanding our Global Sales team and looking for a Senior Global Sales Consultant to strengthen our presence in the upper SME segment (75–500 employees). In this strategic role, you will be responsible for selling multi-country payroll and HR solutions combined with technology, within a structured, process-driven environment that is evolving rapidly. You’ll work with international clients, guiding them through complex sales cycles and delivering solutions that truly make a difference. As a Senior Global Sales Consultant, you will report to the Director Sales International SME and take ownership of the full sales cycle.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Drive net new growth by hunting and acquiring international business within the upper SME segment, based on a strategic business plan.
  • Understand complex client needs and propose tailored solutions based on SD Worx’s integrated offering: one contract, one contact, one governance, one implementation approach.
  • Convince prospects of the added value of SD Worx through our full range of services and technology.
  • Lead the presales journey, managing all internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable business.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with domestic sales teams, product & partner management, presales, legal, service delivery, implementation teams, and external partners.
  • Represent SD Worx as a European Payroll & HR provider with global reach.
  • Stay up to date with payroll & HR trends and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Work within a structured and evolving environment, following internal procedures meticulously to ensure compliant and correct deal execution.
  • Take ownership of your files and ensure accurate administrative follow-up.
  • Be hands‑on and proactive, taking initiative to move deals forward.

What do you have to offer?

We are looking for a senior professional who combines strategic insight with operational excellence:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in payroll, HR, or technology.
  • Proven track record in closing complex outsourcing deals across borders.
  • Strong affinity with technology and consultative selling.
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to take initiative and ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a process‑driven environment and able to follow procedures meticulously.
  • Solid administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and lead sales projects efficiently.
  • Willing to travel across Europe (e.g. customer meetings, bi‑monthly in‑person sales meetings).
