Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Gas Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive gas maintenance across domestic and light commercial properties. This is a field-based role suited to a motivated engineer who works to a high standard and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining gas boilers and heating systems
- Fault-finding and breakdown repairs
- Completing gas safety inspections and certification
- Working in occupied domestic properties
- Ensuring all work complies with Gas Safe regulations
- Completing job reports and paperwork accurately
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service
Requirements
- Gas Safe registered (essential)
- Relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.)
- Proven experience in domestic gas maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with landlord and property management work
- Unvented hot water qualification
- LPG experience
