Job Description
- This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions/agreements across the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions.
- You will support trading and origination teams with tailored made solutions.
- Transaction documentation includes SPA's, Supply, Development and Operational.
- You will also work on structuring and design for new products in existing and new markets.
- You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.
Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer, 8 + PQE
- Trained and qualified in a tier 1 law firm
- Background in Transactional / Project Finance (Development) – Essential
- Experience to the Middle East / APAC regions – desirable
- Superb stakeholder engagement skills – essential
