3D Families is a charity serving Drumchapel and surrounding areas for over 27 years. As Volunteer Coordinator you will lead on recruiting, training and supporting volunteers across our clothing bank, charity shop, family support sessions and events, helping volunteers build confidence and skills to access future opportunities.
You will report to the Programme Manager and work with a dedicated team to expand and strengthen our volunteer programme within the community, aligning with our values.
