Glasgow North West Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking a Help to Claim Adviser to deliver holistic advice and support for clients completing their initial Universal Credit claim, including online forms, required evidence, and identity verification via telephone and web chat.
You will carry out issue diagnostics, escalate to relevant services, maintain local partnerships with organisations and the DWP, and coordinate shifts, helpline coverage and holiday requirements under the guidance of the Help
