Ranging from introductory courses to advanced diplomas in counselling andpsychotherapy theory and practice, The Spark provides pathways for individuals seeking a new career incounselling from trainee to supervisor levels.**About the role**The postholder will be the charity’s lead finance professional, combining hands-on financial management withstrategic advice, risk oversight and support for managers across the organisation. They will oversee theeffective use of Xero for day-to-day accounting, reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.This is a part time position between 21 – 28 hours per week with managerial responsibility for 2 team members.
