Every year we support hundreds ofpeople and organisations on their funding and fundraising journey. This post is your chance to be at the heartof making that happen.**About the role**We’re recruiting a one-year post to cover the planning and delivery of our Funding Scotland service to ensureScotland’s charities and other voluntary organisations are supported to thrive.You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the service by using your funding/fundraisingknowledge and your project management skills to:* Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across the sector* Design and deliver online and in-person learning opportunities* Share funding/fundraising expertise through presentations and other events* Identify ways to develop funding.scot and ensure its data is accurate and timely* Contribute to our Fair Funding work* Collaborate with teams across SCVO to support one another’s plans**About you**• You’ll have worked in a funding, fundraising or grants management post previously, and be comfortable sharing yourexpertise.• Your strong project or service management skills will enable you to develop and coordinate the Funding Scotlandservice throughout the year.• You’ll bring engaging communication skills to build relationships and present learning and support confidently tothe sector.**How we’ll support you**While this is a standalone post, it works with teams across SCVO so you’ll be joining a skilled, experienced staffteam who are keen to help you to succeed. This includes our digital, customer service, comms, and learning andevents teams.You’ll also be supported directly by the Head of Information and Support in finding your feet and prioritising yourworkload.SCVO is a supportive employer, with many wellbeing support policies and a values-driven approach.Part time hours and other flexible working options, including working from home for part of the week, will be fullyconsidered.
