Money Matters is seeking an experienced Energy & Financial Wellbeing Adviser to deliver holistic support in energy and money advice across welfare rights, budgeting and income maximisation.
You will work with clients to access grants, discounts and energy assistance schemes while handling a caseload and maintaining records.
Strong knowledge of Universal Credit and social security benefits, excellent communication and a compassionate, person-centred approach are essential.
