Thenue Housing Association has over 75 staff and provides high quality housing with a stock base of approximately3,000 properties in our six main communities, as well as 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow.
We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners within our communities and have around 45sharing owners.
Our housing stock ranges from Victorian sandstone tenements to 1930 “interwar” flats, along witha few listed buildings and new build properties developed by the Association.
They are spread across severallocations in Glasgow including Bridgeton, Calton, Cranhill, Castlemilk, Dalmarnock, Scotstoun, Baillieston and Blackhill.
We are looking to recruit a Repairs Assistant to join our Repairs Team.
As part of the team, you will help deliver aneffective Repairs and Voids Service that is responsive to the needs of our customers, staff and Board Members.
You will support the processing and monitoring of reactive repairs from notification through to completion, liaise with contractors and customers, monitor progress against timescales and contribute to the continuousimprovement of the service.
Good general education is essential and experience of working within a socialhousing environment is desirable.
