Partecipanti, durata e sede
I corsi sono di massimo 25 partecipanti compresi tra Dipendenti designati dalle Imprese ed eletti dai lavoratori in base al Decreto Legislativo 09.04.2008 numero 81 Art. 37 commi 10 e 11. La durata è di 32 ore teoriche e si completa in quattro giornate oppure otto mezze giornate.
Costo per partecipante
- Gratuito per operai, impiegati, soci di imprese iscritte a CEDAIIER, FCR (versanti il fondo formazione).
- Gli impiegati pagano 150 €, iva esclusa.
- Gli “esterni” pagano 300 €, iva esclusa.
Obbligo di frequenza ed attestazione
I partecipanti debbono seguire almeno il 90% delle ore di lezione. L’attestato di frequenza viene rilasciato alla fine del corso. Al termine delle lezioni andrà obbligatoriamente compilato il questionario di valutazione.
Contenuti del corso (Decreto Legislativo 09.04.2008 numero 81 Art. 37 commi 10 e 11)
Il rappresentante dei lavoratori per la sicurezza ha diritto ad una formazione particolare in materia di salute e sicurezza concernente i rischi specifici esistenti negli ambiti in cui esercita la propria rappresentanza, tale da assicurargli adeguate competenze sulle principali tecniche di controllo e prevenzione dei rischi stessi.
- Principi giuridici comunitari e nazionali;
- Legislazione generale e speciale in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;
- Principali soggetti coinvolti e i relativi obblighi;
- Definizione e individuazione dei fattori di rischio;
- Valutazione dei rischi;
- Individuazione delle misure tecniche, organizzative e procedurali di prevenzione e protezione;
- Aspetti normativi dell’attività di rappresentanza dei lavoratori;
- Nozioni di tecnica della comunicazione.
Aggiornamento
È previsto un corso di aggiornamento di 4 ore da effettuarsi una volta all’anno (se l’impresa occupa più di 50 addetti il corso di aggiornamento deve essere di 8 ore).
