Due to the rapid growth of the business and the crucial role product plays within the global expansion plans, Sculpted by Aimee is looking for a Senior Product Developer to join the Product function in their next phase of exciting growth. Reporting to the pending Product Director, the Senior Product Developer is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end development of innovative skincare products, from concept through commercialisation. This role combines strong formulation expertise with cross‑functional leadership, ensuring products meet performance, regulatory, quality, cost, and timeline requirements while aligning with brand strategy and market trends. This role may be based in either the UK or Ireland. Regular travel to Dublin will be required as part of the position.
