Due to this exciting growth, we are seeking a Arabic Speaking Retail Makeup Artist to join the team in Selfridges, Oxford Street on a part-time basis (32 hours/ 4 days per week).

This is a temp role for the Holiday period (November 2025-January2026).

Main Accountabilities…

• Supporting customers on the busy shop floor.
• Driving sales and achieving team sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ability to offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
• Maintain a clear and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules.
• Assisting with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
• You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a excellent customer experience.
• Maintain the store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
• Be a Sculpted Brand Ambassador with your attitude and on-brand grooming.
• Convey passion for the brand and master \’Sculpted\’ storytelling.
• Flexible availability across days/hours.

Experience Required

You have:

• This is primarily a retail role, so previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
• Makeup artistry experience, a certified makeup qualification is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic.
