With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Freelance Senior Social Media Manager to join the growing Marketing team. This role can be based in Dublin, Ireland or the UK. This hybrid role will report to the Marketing Director.

Main Accountabilities:

• Audit all social channels and develop social media strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Create quarterly/monthly content and platform plans by channel.
• Collaborate with brand, influencer, paid media, and e-commerce teams on integrated campaigns.
• Provide ongoing insights on trends, algorithms, and platform innovations and best practices.

Content & Community:

• Plan and oversee social content strategy and execution (shoots, videos, UGC, creator content).
• Deliver platform-specific content calendars and best practices for team.
• Engage with the community and safeguard brand tone of voice.
• Ensure content aligns with launches and campaigns.
• Manage creator relationships, briefings, and approvals.

Performance & Insights:

• Provide weekly/monthly social performance reports and competitor analysis.
• Deliver insights to inform campaign optimisation.
• Track competitor activity and emerging platform behaviours.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Brand, Creative, PR & Commercial teams.
• Attend virtual meetings/check-ins as needed.
• Work with paid media teams on white-listing and sparking.
• Partner with agencies and studios on content creation.

Key KPIs:

• Engagement and follower growth increases.
• Organic reach and impressions.
• Community sentiment and responsiveness.
• Content performance benchmarks.
• Traffic and conversion from social channels.
• TikTok Shop performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in social media roles, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven success managing organic social for fast-growing brands.
• Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their evolving algorithms.
• Experience managing budgets and external partners.
• A passion for beauty and digital storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing budgets, paid social campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
