Founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish‑born beauty brand with a global vision. Offering high‑performance, user‑friendly products, we are looking for a full‑time Junior Brand Manager to join our marketing team based in the UK or Ireland. This hybrid role supports the Senior Brand Manager in delivering consistent, insight‑led brand activity across all channels.

Accountabilities Include

  • Brand Management
    • Manage day‑to‑day brand consistency, ensuring all assets and communications align with the Sculpted by Aimee brand identity.
    • Lead regular brand audits across retail partners and owned channels, and implement follow‑up actions to ensure 360° brand consistency.
    • Maintain and update brand toolkits, templates, guidelines, and brand bible, ensuring correct use across the business and with external partners.
  • Brand Communications
    • Assist in the creation of brand decks, brand pitch presentations, and post‑campaign reports in line with brand guidelines.
    • Support in presenting key brand campaigns to the business alongside any presentations and brand updates.
    • Coordinate and distribute brand assets to internal teams and retail partners in a clear and organised manner.
    • Manage brand queries and creative approval processes.
    • Monitor and filter external communications, responding to or escalating new requests and opportunities as appropriate.
  • Brand Insights & Analysis
    • Support the collection and compilation of brand health and consumer insight reports.
    • Lead Sculpted customer and audience research projects, especially for new markets.
    • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform brand storytelling, using this to create meaningful campaigns alongside the brand team.
    • Contribute to the creation of clear monthly insight updates for the wider team.
  • Brand Partnerships
    • Support the coordination and management of brand/charity partnerships.
    • Manage logistics and approval processes for co‑branded content and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new partnership opportunities aligned with wider brand objectives.
  • Community Growth
    • Support the rollout of community initiatives that nurture and grow the brand community, including surveys, feedback, social threads and WhatsApp channels.
    • Monitor programmes such as Sculpted Society (loyalty) and community first initiatives to ensure positive interaction.
    • Analyse key engagement metrics, including sentiment, participation and loyalty.
    • Embed a community‑first approach across all campaign activations, ensuring each initiative nurtures and strengthens audience connection.
    • Support community events in UK and Ireland to strengthen the connection between brand and community.
  • Campaign and Brand Shoots
    • Support the planning and execution of content production across brand campaigns – including shot lists, campaign mood boards and visual direction.
    • Assist with end‑to‑end coordination of shoots, liaising with agencies, talent and suppliers.
    • Support the management of timelines, budgets and production logistics.
    • Provide on‑site support during shoots where required.
    • Help maintain high standards of brand execution across all content and campaign production.
    • Assist with post‑production processes and final asset delivery to the business.
  • Other
    • Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing and reducing environmental impact.
    • Foster a diverse, inclusive and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
    • Uphold integrity, transparency and accountability in all business practices.

Experience Needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, agency, or a related creative/consumer‑facing role.
  • Strong interest in brand building, beauty, and consumer marketing.
  • Some exposure to campaign delivery, content production, or project coordination.
  • Confident using presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with guidelines, processes, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Beauty industry experience preferred.
