Our award-winning firm is looking for a fun, ambitious and talented Family Law Paralegal to join our team. We are famous for delivering five-star service and are rated as excellent in Glasgow, Hamilton and Edinburgh. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience.

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking firm and are looking for someone to join us who can assist us in continuing to provide excellent client service and who shares our culture and values. Our values are care, dynamism, integrity, passion and client focus.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in all aspects of Family Law work including:

  • arranging appointments and updating clients
  • taking precognitions and organising witnesses
  • drafting Minute of Agreements and other documents
  • assisting with Affidavits
  • preparing schedules of matrimonial property and reviewing vouching
  • preparing correspondence to clients and other parties

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be self-motivated with drive and passion in delivering excellent service to clients;
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Be focused on hitting KPI’s;
  • Be confident, friendly and with good attention to detail;
  • Be willing to help the team with their workload.
