The role

We are looking for people who are passionate about fashion and customer service to join our team. As a Sales Assistant at Scuffers, your challenge will be to bring our philosophy to life and share it with all our retail customers, helping them not only find the products they want, but also acting as a brand ambassador. You’ll be a key part of our journey!

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing advice on styles, sizes, and outfit combinations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products, including new arrivals and the features of each item.
  • Ensure all processes are executed flawlessly during shifts.
  • When needed, support and contribute to creating social media content for the Scuffers team. This may include photographing store items or producing product videos.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
  • Keep the store tidy, clean, and visually appealing, following the brand’s merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory restocking and ensure products are well presented at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Retail, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes, and complaint handling with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for fashion and product.
  • Team-player mindset.
