Our training and coaching programme is unique to us and is the gold standard for visitor attractions in Cambridge. Its purpose is to equip our staff with the skills, knowledge and confidence which will enable them to give our customers the best possible experience. With this in mind we induct all returners and assess their river tours for quality purposes before they start working for us again. To ensure we are providing our customers with the very best guided tour possible, you may be asked to complete some additional training and a skills test. This will be decided depending on how long you have been away from the river and your current tour score. This will also need to be completed before you can apply for shifts. Once you have completed your returners form Marcello will be in touch about training.
