Salary: Potential for £120-240 per day – a combination of hourly pay, fixed rate per tour, and commission.

Founded in 1910, Scudamore’s is Cambridge's premier punt tour and boat hire company. We seek lively, outgoing and aspirational people to promote and deliver our award‑winning punt tours of the College Backs. No punting, guiding or sales experience is required as full training is provided. We’re open all year round and operate a rolling recruitment programme, with regular training courses running each month. Flexible working pattern to fit your lifestyle – full‑time and part‑time roles available.

You must be comfortable working around water and able to swim.

Please note that we may interview shortlisted candidates at the earliest opportunity and the vacancies may be filled at any time. Our core operating hours are from 08:30 – Dusk daily, so evening working is required at certain times of the year.
